David Basinger – Real Estate Advisor
David Basinger is an accomplished professional with in-depth experience in real estate marketing and sales. David has provided consultative services for start-up businesses, developing strategic plans, creating and implementing successful integrated programs to introduce new products and services to market.
Since 2002, he has focused on real estate investment starting with Sheldon Good Brokerage in Chicago. In 2006, after moving to Las Vegas, David concentrated on providing professional services to commercial clients. He has participated in a number of transactions in the greater Chicagoland area.
His expertise includes real estate investment analysis, investment consulting and purchasing. His strategic business development and consultative sales proficiency in entrepreneurial organizations has helped him provide insight for asset acquisitions. During his career he has developed plans, budgets, negotiated and implemented purchasing strategies.
Before real estate, David ran his own consulting firm, David Basinger & Associates, Ltd., for 20 years based out of Chicago, IL. There, he grew and managed a firm of up to fifteen professionals and serviced clients including AT&T, Wagner Systems Inc., AEG/ ElectroCom, Sage Foods, and Summit Home Health.
David started his consulting career in the mid 90’s working for Charles Puls & Co. andMarketing Support, Inc.where he helped secure and manage some of their largest accounts including: The Stanley Works, ITT, Bell & Gossett, Nissan Forklift of North America, and Sphere.
David has an MBA from Loyola University, Chicago and BS degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana.
David is a past President of the Presidents Association of Illinois. He was on the board of Summit Home Health and served as head of the Applications Committee for his co-op building in Chicago for many years.
