He has been recognized throughout his career for leveraging in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competitive landscape to significantly source and finance real estate deals. He has expertise in financing, construction, acquisition and re-financings. He has raised financing in all parts of the capital stack (First Mortgage Debt, Mezzanine, and Equity). He has developed close relationships with lenders worldwide: Banks, Insurance Companies, Wall Street Firms, Hedge Funds, Hard Money Lenders and Private Sources. He is recognized as a respected client advocate.

He was with a firm in New York City for 13 years. They were known for doing large deals, exemplified by our financing the General Motors building on Fifth Avenue across the street from the Plaza Hotel four times. They financed it two times for Donald Trump and two times for Harry Macklowe. The last time for Harry, it was the largest deal ever done in the US for one asset at $2.9 billion. But they also did loans for clients at a few million. So they say no job too big and no job too small. As to financings they did in Las Vegas, they financed The Cosmopolitan hotel and condos for Bruce Eichner. The largest deal ever done in Vegas at $3 billion. They did President Trump’s high rise condo project.

In 2012 he formed Ocean View Capital Advisers.

In recent financing, his client partnered with The Related Company in Hollywood, Florida to build a 24 story luxury condo on the beach. It is a $240 million project. It sold out. Another client closed on a multifamily construction in New Jersey and New York, as well as, retail in Philadelphia.

He is currently working on a number of major projects in need of funding. Heavy involvement in construction, acquisition and financing, of hotels, office, multi family, mixed use and corporate financing, as well as, some non real estate projects. Those include a recapitalization of a $100 million portfolio of assisted living facilities. Refinancing a hotel. Providing equity for a new assisted living. Working on some innovative financing on a $480 million mixed use project using a ground lease. Construction financing for multi family both equity and debt. Heavy involved in mergers and acquisitions with EntreTec clients.

He is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School of Finance.
